Stefano is ready to come to your home to guide you, or a grotrough a fun day of Italian cooking in your own kitchen. Classes can teach you how to make a Neapolitan Pizza, famous Neapolitan street food such arancini,fried pizza, crocche' and frittata di maccheroni. We can make your favourite risottos, lasagna, eggplant parmigiana or any other Italian dish that you have desire to learn. BASIC CLASSIC STRUCTURE class include pre-planning with you and printed recipes for the partecipants. Cost include planning,set up and clean up. Once the class has been planned Chef Stefano will provide you with a list of ingredients and necessary kitchen tools. 4 CLASS PACKAGE IS $ 600 and include: Four -3 hour class,with flexible schedule- Recipes, notebook and binder-menu/class planning flexibility.
